2. Site Viewing

View our house designs and the chosen area for the construction of your home.

3. Bank Application

Complete an offer to purchase to book your stand with your allocated area expert.

4. Bank Approval

Your consultant will explain the bank offer and interest rates before you sign.

5. House Plan Design

Your consultant will assist you with the design and customization process of you house.

6. House Plan Approval

You will review and give final feedback on the design of house before constructions starts.

7. Mortgage Agreement

Before taking occupation of the house, you'll sign the Mortgate Agreement with the bank.

8. Bond Registration

Your consultant will facilitate the registration process for the Bond with all stakeholders.

9. Happy Letter

We will send you correspondence with regards to the conclusion of the process.

10. Occupation

On conclusion of final inspection, you may freely move into your finished house.

11. Retention

A small fraction of funds is retained from the Contractor for your peace-of-mind.
